sometimes i crush up asprin tablets and mix then with boiling water and make a paste.. you can use it as a face mask and it helps pimples

Make sure you don't dry out your skin. Use moisturizers and no alcohol or other harsh cleaners.

do not pop your zits! it will only spread the bacteria that causes it and you'll end up getting more. Instead goto the doctor and get some minomycin which is an antibiotic. It will make you more sun sensitive so cover up
