Does anyone have ADHD?PLEASE HELP..also for focalin xr users?

Im 13 and im actually a really smart girl. when i got tested for adhd my iq results came back rly high and in some of my subjects i was ranking as a senior in highschool. The problem is that even though a lot of people think this is not a big deal it IS. for me atleast. it affects my whole life. my parents dont want me to get cs but for me thats "good". I really try my hardest but sometimes I can be lazy. this comes along with having add. i feel like a normal girl but somehow my teachers always have a problem with me no matter how much i "try" to act good. its like they can just look inside me the first day and tell. i am currently taking focalin xr on school days. it helps but i get a lot of cramps, nausea, and i have a rush of hyperness for like an hour. then it wears off and im like a shy zombie. have any of you ever had these side effects? my mom doesnt get it. she calls me lazy and says im dumb and shes ashamed im not a scholar athlete and stuff.
I love to draw and write. im also pretty good at tennis. my family is really stressful and living in my family with adhd is absolutely horrible. i hate how i always forget things. its like no matter how hard i try to remember i remember everything "but" the important stuff. i always get as on math stuff. im really smart, but people get the impression im dumb because im really slow and i dont turn in homework a lot. its not fair. guys used to like me and think i was pretty but they just think im stupid now. i hateee itt!!!!!!!! i have friends but im not "popular" im actually rly outgoing but guys think im shy cuz of my medicine. i wear the right clothes and people who dont know me say im pretty and even hot. i dont get why i cant just fit in!!!!!!! please help
