Having breast cancer and living in the third world? Please help.?

Hi there,

I'm staying out in Africa for a while and need to know, for breast cancer can you tell me what the third-world offers in terms of treatments? I know all about chemo etc but for the civilizations that don't have? I have search for a good few hours but cannot find the answer.

Please could someone help?
