Default Help!!!! Serious toe problems after having Fibromyalgia!!!?

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a couple years ago and had some major foot problems. I have poor circulation in my feet and they are constantly cold. After I was diagnosed my toes would turn a dark bluish purpleish color (darker than the rest of the foot). A while after this (a week or two), my toes would swell until they had doubled in size. A few days to a couple weeks from this time the region above the last two joint right under the nail the area would start to become wrinkly. And it would be anywhere from 5 days to a month until the tissue seemed to die and would form a scab like thing and come off. The new skin would be completly normal. This usually happens twice a year and is currently happening agian. I've told the doctors and they say they just don't know. Does anyone out there know whats happening and what to do? I'm completely lost!!! Please help, thank you so much for your answers and help!
-oh the are is also highly (abnormaly) Sensitve during this time!
