...personal stories would help.? I attended a 2 hour seminar on craniosacral therapy today and was wondering if anyone with bad/severe Fibromyalgia has had any experiences with this therapy or accupuncture. I am kinda weary on the accupuncture but looking for anything that works to help alleviate the pain and soreness that I live with day to day. I also am so tired throughout the day and looking for energy also.
I am on 2 narcotics to help with the pain but looking for a route that really helps more then just drugs. Some days it is so bad I can do barely anything. I have a very understand husband but feel bad if I cant do much around the house on certain days due to pain, when every muscle hurts to the touch. The soreness and pain are there all the time, just some days it is better then others. Any personal stoies would help with my decision. I am asking because it is not "cheap" but if it is worth it, I am willing to try so I can be my old self. Thank you very much....Sorry for the long post |

I've heard that it does help.
I've also heard that enzyme therapy, such as Vitalzym X can help a lot. I gave it to a friend who has Fibromyalgia and he said it helped his pain. Whether or not he will continue with it, is up to him. You can check http://www.totalityofbeing.com for some interesting information about enzyme therapy. Also, eating a whole food diet, and drinking plenty of water (many fibromyalgia sufferers are chronically dehydrated). |
