dont kid yourself, a six pack before youve gone all the way through puberty is just unrealistic, you may never get a defines 6 pack without true commitment to fittness for YEARS so. lets begin on what to do to get defined.

do 30 crunches each day, and take a day or two off if your sore cuas that'll just get rid of muscle

start doing 10 sit ups every other day, be especialy careful not to over do it if your over weight cuas itll make you look fatter

do PUSH UPS lol 15 every day, and take off weekends, give your poor arms a brake, work up to doing 50 every other day.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: JOIN A SPORT! anythign you like, soccer, baseball (i would not recomend martial arts, like i do, cuas its so hard to find a certified place)

oh and before i forget, its so important to eat right. veggies, carbs and PROTIEN
