Question for Administrators & Moderators!

I am some what of a new member and I have been reading lots of messages from members that have questions relating to my past health experiences.

I say that to ask this; Are we allowed as member to post websites that we feel would be of benefit to other members.

Please reply. I would like to post such information but I WOULD NOT want to be breaking any rules that may cause me to be booted out of the forum.

If anyone else know the answer to my question, please feel free to answer.
