Hard to swallow a lump in my throat acid reflux?

i have acid reflux problems.Ive dealt with this for a few years.Now,i feel like there is a lump in my throat when i go to swallow.And when i take my meds,it always feels like the pills get stuck for a minute,then go down.....any ideas?
