Default weight loss question....?

I am 22 years old, 5'3" and weigh 133 lbs. My normal weight before I had children was 120 lbs. If I work out on my elliptical trainer for about 30 to 45 mintues a day and consume 1200 healthy calories per day, is that enough to lose weight?

More than enough, but add weights to your routine, muscle will help you KEEP the weight off. If I had had that advice when I was 22, I would not halve been dealing with weight problems all my life!
