Just eat healthy food....don't eat large portions of food.....just try to eat around 1700-2000 calories a day....don't starve yourself.......and keep on exercising like you're doing now. Also, keep drinking water like you're doing now and stay away from excess sugar!

make sure they are good calories, get balanced meals. increase exercise as you go.. I started walking a mile a day, eventually got up to 4 miles a day and lost 60 pounds in 6 months
Also, your body needs to have a balanced Ph levels to stay healthy check out this page http://www.thewolfeclinic.com/acidalkfoods.html

make sure you are getting about 64 ounces of water a day.. using spring water is your best bet..less chemicals
AND MOST IMPORTANT

STAY AWAY FROM ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS!!! it actually will make you hungrier, and put on more weight. If you have to add a sweetener to something try stevia. Yes it is expensive but if you get the extract in liquid form it will last a LONG time.. it is a natural sweetener made from a plant and has 0 calories as you only use a drop or 2.

GOOD LUCK it can be done and in a healthy way, if you do it in a healthy way you are more likely to keep the weight off.
