Default Health question?

ok I'm trying to lose weight (Swim suit season is comming) and my question is what are some ways to lose some pounds quick?

exercise morning and evening, no food after 6 pm, lots of water

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF WHATEVER YOU DO
just look on sites for magazines, like seventeen, and cosmogirl, they give really good tips. also a little bit of excercise is always good, but try eating healthier.

i switched over to eating all organic food, and already lost 5lbs. so it could work

don't lose it too quickly or you'll have excess skin. if you want to lose weight really really quickly, then you should cut out all the junk food and subsitute them with healthy snacks. excersice 3+ times a week. c'mon, you know this! : )

run alot and eat more protein and have healthy diet
