just look on sites for magazines, like seventeen, and cosmogirl, they give really good tips. also a little bit of excercise is always good, but try eating healthier. i switched over to eating all organic food, and already lost 5lbs. so it could work |

don't lose it too quickly or you'll have excess skin. if you want to lose weight really really quickly, then you should cut out all the junk food and subsitute them with healthy snacks. excersice 3+ times a week. c'mon, you know this! : )
