Did anyone NOT have any pain medication during pregnancy?

Everybody that I know has had some sort of pain medication during their labor. As of right now, I want to do it all naturale but that could always change. Everyone that I talk to that has had an epidural say it's soooo bad, and there's no way they could do it without one. I was just wondering how bad it really is, because I mean, it has to be pretty bad considering so many women don't seem to think they can make it through the labor and delivery without it.

honestly..it hurts it really really does.. the contractions can hurt so bad to make you throw up..but it all depends on how well we can handle the pain.. as for me i got an epidural at 2 cm.
