acne medication?

i have been using vaious acne treatments for a long time, and i used them everyday and twice a day like the direction say, but it seems like the more i use them the more acne i get and it doesnt even work. if you have some suggestion or ideas for acne medication please let me know

Try drinking at least eight 8oz glasses of purified water a day. adequate hydration of your skin makes a big difference.
