OK,
so i have been working out for at least 10 years. i used to do 4-5 days a week. now i am doing 3. busier. i do not really take supplements. but would like to start. i would like to get bigger. but nothing too crazy. what should i look into taking. Creatine? whey protein? when do you take them? before/after workout? if people have a good routine let me know what it is. thanks |

Personally: I take an energy drink before
