Can I take Vitamin E 100 I.U and C 1000mg and Centrume Performance all at once?

Can I take Vitamin E 100 I.U and C 1000mg and Centrume Performance all at once and im taking a diet pill as well.

Any Suggestions?

The dosage should be fine. I take more than that. If the Centrume has iron in it, I would take the vitamin E at a different time. I read that the iron and the vitamin E interact. It is best to take them 12 hours apart. The vitamins should not make anything worse with the diet pills.
