Default Health Question for CPAP travel to Europe?

I've got a nasal CPAP that is set for 100 - 240 AC / 12 Volt DC and plan to travel to Spain soon. What kind of voltage converter do I need to get? There are some converters for high wattage appliances like hair dryers or heat producing appliances. Even if the CPAP is not heat producing, will a low wattage converter work?

My husband took a trip to MOngolia and took his, he asked the supplier for help. He Got converters and even a rechargeble battery in case of loss of power.
THe Dr. will give your husband tags to put on the equipment and he must carry it all on with him when he gets on the plane.
