quickly without hassle's? My kids are travelling from Australia to Hawaii, can anyone recommend a travel health insurance company that will take good care of them without any hassel's if something happens to them.

the lonely planet website recommends a good value travel insurance policy. i can't remember the name of it though, check the website.

it doesn't matter who you go through, each insurer is going to have minimum requirements of what paperwork is needed to lodge a claim. dependent on the circumstances, money is usually REIMBURSED, not paid directly to the o/s health care provider.

just make sure the kids contact the health insurer immediately, should something happen - that way they know from the outset what documents to get and what costs are covered - instead of trying to chase documents down months later, and from australia
