how long does it take to put in a defibulater need a ansewr asap

It takes approx. 2-5 hrs to get one in. You will most likely stay in the hospital for a few days and (sorry) but it is recommened that you don't shower for 5 days to protect the incision. I'm sure your doctor will tell you all of that though. Good Luck and Speedy recovery!
