How do I find out the rating of my knee after surgery, to claim as much

compensation as possible? I have had two operations, one with hamstring ligament, that one failied and the other with my patella ligament. My range of movement has changed very little, but the obvious strength in my knee differs from one that has not been operated on. Please, any advice would be great.
