Dirk Kempthorne (R) on Thursday signed a bill (HB 664) into law that allows Medicaid beneficiaries with disabilities to earn money and still qualify for coverage they would have lost under previous regulations, the Idaho Statesman reports (Idaho Statesman, 3/24).
