England begins 'No Smoking' policy 1st July onwards

... Come July 1st and lighting up in a bar will become impossible – this day onwards, England's total ban on smoking in all public places becomes affective. The ban requires all restaurants, pubs, hotels, offices, factories, cinemas, clubs and any enclosure with a roof to display prominent 'No Smoking' signs. Owners of places where this is not enforced face up to $350 as fine while individuals can be fined up to $89. ...
