E. coli cases tied to Taco Bell; new outbreak appears

... There are now 61 confirmed cases of E. coli related to the outbreak that hit Taco Bell restaurants in the Northeast in the past two weeks, including the first confirmed case in New York City, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and New York state health officials.
