Sinusitis is inflammation, either bacterial, viral, allergic or autoimmune, of the paranasal sinuses.

A decongestant is a broad class of drugs designed to symptomatically treat ailments affecting the respiratory system. Examples include pseudoephedrine, phenylephrine, oxymetazoline and menthol.
