The Abs Diet is a nutritional diet created by Men's Health Magazine editor David Zinczenko.
The diet emphasizes the so-called "twelve power foods": nuts, beans and legumes, vegetables, dairy products, oatmeal, eggs, lean meats and fish, peanut butter, olive oil, whole grain breads and cereals, extra protein whey powder, and berries.
The diet also includes an exercise program.
